Guardian Angel is not an emergency service.
It is calm, structured guidance to help you understand situations, communicate clearly, and decide your next steps when things feel confusing or overwhelming.

Our Guardian Angel Service offers peace of mind when the unexpected happens. From translation and guidance to local problem-solving, we’re here when you need us most.

Guardian Support is a subscription-based plan that entitles you to contact our local, bilingual support team in difficult or stressful situations while you are living or “nomading” here.

Support hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (local time).

Guardian Angel support always starts remotely (message or call).

In-person assistance is provided only if needed and agreed in advance.

When you are faced with a situation where you need someone to guide you and help you understand and make yourself understood.

  • You have lost your passport or documents and don't know what to do.
  • You need a reliable handyman or urgent home assistance, or maintenance? furniture to be assembled or taken apart.
  • You have a misunderstanding with your landlord, a service provider, a neighbor etc.
  • You have had a minor accident or health problem and need guidance.
  • You need medical procedures and need support for the paperwork or the medical appointments or the insurance use.
  • You have received a fine or official notification and need someone to explain it to you.
  • You were the victim of thieves and want to make an official statement

Guardian Angel provides guidance and support,
but decisions and responsibilities always remain with the client.

Guardian Angel focuses on difficult, stressful or unexpected situations.
For planned tasks or ongoing arrangements, our Concierge Services may be a better fit.


Service limitations & important clarifications: Guardian Angel Support provides guidance, coordination, translation, and local assistance.
It does not replace doctors, lawyers, emergency services, or law enforcement.

For ethical, legal, and safety reasons, this service does not support or participate in activities that are illegal, unsafe, abusive, or that could place individuals at risk or violate Colombian law.

In situations involving immediate danger to life or physical integrity, clients must contact local emergency services directly.

Guardian Angel Support is designed to help you navigate complex situations — not to intervene in criminal, medical, or legal matters.

What if your case needs more than just a call? *

If your case requires ongoing assistance after the first support call (e.g., submitting documents, in-person follow-up, contacting third parties, etc.), additional help is available at a rate of:

$30/hour, billed only if you agree to extended support. ( 8 am to 8 pm)
